This project entailed miscellaneous interior build outs including the remodel of six public restrooms located on three different floors of the fully occupied building. The interior construction encompassed new framing and drywall, wall tile, electrical, low voltage and security, HVAC/plumbing, granite restoration, floor tile, painting, and miscellaneous finishes.
The project also involved demolition of existing property landscaping and replacement with a new landscape design to provide new vegetation and a layout that provides added security to the property. Other work included storm drainage, concrete, fencing and new bollards for additional site security.
