This boat maintenance facility project included an organic storage warehouse, martial arts pit and a bridge component storage area. The facility design and construction consisted of a one-story 6,500sf structure with concrete foundation, concrete floor, masonry walls, insulated metal panels and standing seam metal roof. The boat storage building houses four boat bays, Zodiac storage and workshop and mechanical/electric room.
