Design and construction of a high-end residential property with 150 luxury apartments in Chicago’s trendy Ravenswood neighborhood. The development consisted of two five-story metal-framed multi-unit buildings and three three-level wood frame walk-up-type buildings. Work included extensive site balancing and underground utilities, surface parking, as well as green roofs and large common landscaped courtyard.
