This project was an interior renovation of an existing multi-story government facility and included 100% replacement of the existing HVAC system and complete ACM and LEAD paint abatement. The Interior scope of work consisted of removal and reinstallation of all furniture and furnishings, removal and replacement of new acoustical ceiling system throughout, and relocation/reinstallation of all ceiling-related MEP trim items. All work was performed in an occupied building with no disruption to daily activities.
