Accel performed the demolition and replacement of the 1st Floor, 3rd Floor, Penthouse, and Utility Garage roofs with new Thermoplastic/PVC roof system. Necessary work included demolition and replacement of existing insulation. Accel’s work guarantees proper roof fall drainage and smooth surfaces to eliminate the risk of leaks. Our work allows for a minimum 20 years’ service life with little maintenance. This Federal building remained open and operational during all construction phases, including access to main and secondary entrances and egress for all emergency exits.
