This office renovation of 220,000 SF was completed over 6 phases in order to keep the government occupants working without disruption. Highlights of this project include 220,000 SF of abatement on asbestos-containing tile mastic; ceiling, wall, and floor demolition; modifications to Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Systems throughout the areas; new Carpet and LVT installation; new doors, frames & hardware; painting of all walls; installation of new millwork; and new ceiling grid and tile system.
