Accel performed demolition, removal, and site restoration design for buildings 33 (an old boiler plant for the Naval Base) and building 63 (an old underground bunker at the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center). Accel completed abatement within the existing buildings and performed underground utility work to disconnect the buildings prior to demolition. Accel rerouted the existing watermain and underground sanitary lines that ran through the buildings. Once demolition was complete on both buildings Accel restored the site and completed landscaping.
