Interior demolition and renovation of two existing storefronts, approximately 4,000 SF each, to house medical marijuana dispensary facilities approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH). Due to the strict requirements, inspections, and approval process of PADOH, these projects required extensive coordination between contractors, the client, and health officials. Ultimately the specialized requirements of the PADOH dictated several special forms of interior construction including secured vaults, exterior secured delivery areas, and state-of-the-art security monitoring systems.
