Replacement of entire existing roof membrane system with new membrane 90 MIL EPDM material including replacing of perlite insulations with new polyisocyanurate insulation and installation of gypsum sheathing. Provided two access steel ladders and repaired masonry cracks. Accel also designed and installed a complete fall protection system at the first roof level.
