This project was a conversion from the existing library space to a fully functional office space for the U.S. Attorney in the Bruce Thompson Federal Building. Tenant improvements included demolition, framing and drywall, acoustic ceiling, painting, carpet, resilient flooring, rubber base, blinds, millwork, cabinetry, doors, frames and hardware, fire sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and access control.
