VHA 4th & 5th Floor Tenant Improvements at John Moss Federal Building

New construction of office suites on the fourth and fifth floors of the John E. Moss Federal Building for the Veterans Health Administration. The project space consisted of open office and private offices with supporting areas such as conference rooms, a file room, a break room and a communications room.
The project included the relocation and adjustment of HVAC ducts and registers; installation and augmentation of plumbing and electrical systems; modifications to the fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems; new low-voltage equipment, jacks and distribution including telecommunications, electronic security and audio-visual. All work was performed in an occupied building with minimal disruption.
