Patrick McNamara Building 5th & 17th Floor Renovations

Accel renovated two floors of the Patrick McNamara Federal Building in downtown Detroit. Work included demolition of existing conditions, and new construction included upgrades to the electrical, HVAC, security, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems as well as new finishes including new flooring, interior partitions, paint, doors/frames/hardware, and new acoustical ceilings. All work was performed in an occupied and highly secure federal building.
