This project is the renovation of Chicago State University campus elevators. Work includes much needed renovations and modernizations of all existing elevators to include new cab interiors, lights, flooring, maintenance of the elevators, and installation of code-required safety equipment. This work was completed while the campus was occupied and took a great deal of coordination between Accel, the Illinois Capital Development Board, and the University to not interfere with the campus’s day-to-day operations.
