The Federal Housing Finance Agency Office of the Inspector General (FHFA OIG) relocated its field office to the JCK Federal Building. The existing space of approximately 1,130 SF underwent gut demolition and was built out to suit. Improvements include five private offices, new controllable HVAC, updated fire alarm, kitchenette, and secure evidence & firearms room that includes anti-theft construction practices and a secure door.
