This multi-phased, multi-area project provides renovations to the Rockford Ice Arena, home of the minor league hockey team, the Rockford IceHogs. Work included renovation of the existing 11,890 SF office area which provides for new floor finishes, paint, ceilings, new light fixtures, new air devices, flex duct connections, and new spray-in duct work lining.
The scope of work also included a new storefront entrance with a box office and guest services area that consist of drywall partitions, ceilings, new paint, new floor finishes, fire sprinkler, lighting, and mechanical systems.
The project included a new concessions and bar area with all new finishes, and new food services equipment. There is a new Grab-and-Go concessions build-out and concourse level bars which features new finishes including wall tile, food service equipment, new countertops,13” tall glass rails and all required electrical connections.
