Project consisted of the removal and disposal of four buildings: • 130,682 SF commercial building constructed ca.1970 • 41,980 SF commercial building constructed ca. 1960 • Two 6,000 SF residential homes constructed ca. 2000 In addition to the demolition of these buildings, abatement of ACM and Lead materials was required as well as complete site restoration including landscaping and fencing.
