On this project we re-constructed an existing overgrown detention basin for Northeastern Illinois University. We provided full tree removal and grub removal as well as new grading. We also modified existing utilities and installed additional underground utility drainage piping and new utility structures. After providing all the new and modified utilities we provided all new landscaping including new plantings and shrubs, new trees, native seeding, and new sodded areas.
